Concrete Plank isometric view Concrete and steel. Two of the most durable building materials are combined into a structural unit that can easily be handled by two workers. Lightweight aerated and reinforced concrete is integrally cast into galvanized tongue and groove steel edgings. These tongue and groove edgings interlock when placed on structural framing members, and act as I-beam sections fully supported laterally by the concrete. The plank is non-combustible per ASTM E-136 and has the following UL assembly ratings: P004, P213, P245 and P501.

The plank is available in either 15 or 18 inch widths, and is 10 feet in length by 2 inches thick. The weight of the plank is 12 pounds per square foot, which equals 150 pounds for a 15 inch wide plank and 180 pounds for an 18 inch wide plank.
